That's a licenses error I honestly expected that might have happened but figure it was worth a try.
I did try copying it from my PS3 to my PSP, USB transfer to PC, FTP to pspemu on vita, including my entire 'license' folder, but it didn't work, it threw up a 'The game could not be started (80210001)' error. I'm in EU and it's not listed as Vita compatible on the store, but I have heard of people getting it onto their vita.
